The Armenian armed forces using military vehicles amassed additional military personnel along with four artillery pieces at their positions in the directon of the Azerbaijani Army units positions in Dashkasan on the afternoon of October 16, according to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
"The Armenian leadership is fully responsible for the tension that may arise," the statement said.
